Suggested Management
West Pond demonstrates good smallmouth bass habitat. Gill netting produced a good size distribution of bass indicating the presence of a healthy population.
Normal growth is evident from the age determinations make by reading the year marks on the fish scales.
Stocking of bass is not necessary.
